I put the wrong shipping address. Can I change this?
We ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. The Gallo Store cannot ensure an address change after this point.
However, please e-mail us right away using our "contact us" page, (within a 24 hour period) with the updated address. We will do our best to make this change.
If the change is not made and the address is invalid, it will be returned to us. Once it arrives we will reach out to the customer about reshipment.
Why did I not receive a confirmation e-mail?
You should receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that e-mail, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. Otherwise, you may have input your e-mail address incorrectly. You will need to contact us with the corrected e-mail.
This is especially important because if you have not received the order confirmation e-mail you also will not receive the e-mail with your shipment notification and tracking information.
I just placed an order. Can I change the size or design?
Send an email asking for a modification in your order we can do it, if you do it before the order has been sent.
Sale items and Discount codes.
Only regular price orders can be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged for example SUMMER SALE, SPRING BREAK SALE OR BLACK FRIDAY SALE or any other product with discount codes.
I want to make a return or exchange. How do I do this?
To return or exchange a product send an email using our "contact us" page called "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE", specifying your parsonal data and address together with the number of your order and you will receive the address and information to which the product must return .
If personal information, address and order number are not specified The Gallo Store reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet these requirements.
When and how the exchange applies?(Shoes)
The situations in which it is applied for a exchange are in case of sending the wrong model or size (based on our size chart) If the product has manufacturing defects in those cases we pay the return costs otherwise the customer will pay Shipping costs both as one-way and return.
Refund in packages that are returned to the sender?(Shoes & T-Shirts)
The packages that are returned to sender are not refundable and will only be kept for 15 days from that time we do not guarantee the immediate return of the package.

If the package has been sent, it is not applicable for a refund, the refunds only apply If the product has manufacturing defects or if the client decides to cancel the purchase before the product is sent.
Manufacturing Defects.(Shoes & T-Shirts)
It is important to distinguish between a factory damage and one caused by an external factor to The Gallo Store.
A manufacturing defects are those that compromise the construction of the product which are caused in the creation of the product for example pieces or missing segments, failure of assembly or defect that prevents the full use of the product.
The Gallo Store will only validate the exchanges or refunds to the factory damages because we can not verify that the product is not damaged by some external factor to us for example: company of parcels, postmen, customs officers, customers, etc

Aterations by shipment and packaging are all those minor aesthetic failures which are caused by some external factor to us for example: company of parcels, postmen, customs officers, customers, etc.
Products with this type of defects are not applicable for exchanges or returns

The best way to keep up on restocking is to follow us on Instagram, Twitter or like our Facebook page. We usually restock items every week and make announcements on these pages.

Do you provide in store pick-ups for online orders?
We currently do not offer a will-call option at this time.
The website won’t let me check out. I keep getting an error page. What do I do?
We recommend waiting and trying again later. If the problem persists, try signing up with a paypal account and checking out that way. You may also try changing your browser or ordering from a mobile device. These solutions have worked for others with similar check out issues. Should the problem persist, please e-mail us.

My tracking says my order was delivered, but I did not receive it. What can I do?
The Gallo Store cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage.
The customer are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Please contact your local postal office for further information on lost or stolen mail.
My order is being returned to sender. What happens now?
If your order is being returned due to insufficient address or unclaimed, you will need to e-mail us an updated address. Once your package arrives back to us, we will reach out to the customer for an additional reshipment fee.
